Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping orders will be delivered via UPS Ground and the United States Postal Service, typically 2-5 business days for in-stock items. In-stock items will generally ship by the next business day.
Standard Shipping Rates:
The total shipping cost listed on your automatically-generated invoice will not reflect any requested alternate shipping options. If your shipping cost varies from the standard flat rate, we will contact you for approval before charging your credit card.
Please note: While the overwhelming majority of packages shipped via the United States Postal Service arrive within the time specified above, in rare cases shipments can take up to 3 to 5 weeks to arrive. Media Mail shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses can take up 3 to 8 weeks to arrive.
All items are shipped "no signature required." If you would prefer to have your order shipped with signature required on delivery, please indicate this in the Comments field. Additional charges may apply.

International Shipping
International shipments will be quoted based on actual weight. Once an order is placed customers can expect to receive a quote for shipping fees within 2 business days. Customer credit cards will not be charged for their order until we have received written approval of our quoted shipping fee.
Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns received within thirty days of the original purchase. All items must be in saleable condition, and clothing items must have the original tags still attached. Returns received within thirty days will be refunded in full using the method of payment on the original receipt. Your card will be credited immediately or a check will be issued.
